Ananda is a beautiful female Mastin, she is a very sweet natured dog, super friendly, quiet and gets on well with other dogs both male and female. When Ananda arrived to the shelter, they thought she is much younger than she really is, in fact she is already a senior lady. Ananda is very good with other dogs and has always lived together with at least one dog. She is also patient with fast, energetic small dogs, and very patient with young dogs jumping around her.
Ananda is positive on leishmania, the level of leishmania anti-bodies in her blood system is low and her leishmania is well handled by simply taking Alupurinol medicine, which is accessible and cheap in Spain. She has some arthritis in her front legs, which is normal for her age of course, so easy-going walks will be fine for her, no big hikes needed for Ananda.
She is very kind and social by character, and like a cow she likes to rub her sides on your legs, for a nice scratch through her thick fur. Ananda is also good around children, her slow and balanced manners are suitable for being around educated children. Her shoulder height is 68cm.
