Jeff is super friendly. He knows nothing of life having been cooped up in a very small space. Never learned to walk on a lead.
So much to learn but his enthusiasm will help him learn quickly. He needs a patient person to show him the world and teach him all the practical things so he behaves well and can go with his family to all those wonderful places. Are you that person?
