Minty is a female Mastin / Collie cross breed who one of four puppies living in the countyside near Velez Malaga. They came to the rescue having been saved from imminent danger of being shot by hunters and farmers as they were running loose. It must have been so scary for them all.
Minty is a very sweet natured girl and is super friendly once she gets to know you.
Minty is positive for Leishmaniasis but it is under control with two tablets every day.
Minty currently shares with a female & male dog, she is a little shy but has improved a lot over the last year and now loves attention from volunteers both male & female.
Due to her horrible early experiences, she will need a calm home with experienced owners who will give her time and space to adjust.
As she is one of the older dogs it would be amazing to see er settled into a loving home.
