Norma has lived in a family home for the past two years and is now seeking a new home through no fault of her own. She is around five years old, currently living in foster care with another dog Lily, and has been used to living indoors as part of the family. Norma measures approximately 116cm from nose to tail, stands around 83cm tall, and weighs 50kg. She is microchipped, neutered, fully vaccinated, and has her passport, making her ready to travel to a new home.
When Norma first arrived in her previous home, she was quiet and timid, having spent time in kennels before adoption. With patience, routine, and companionship, she grew in confidence and settled well into home life. She enjoys going out for walks and, while she may take a few minutes to relax at the start, she walks calmly on the lead once settled. Norma does not enjoy long or demanding walks and can be a little stiff in her legs at times, so she is best suited to a gentler pace of life.
At home, Norma enjoys spending time outdoors, pottering around, playing briefly with a ball, and relaxing in the sun. She is affectionate without being demanding and appreciates both human company and quiet time. Norma is good with other dogs, tolerant of cats when interactions are calm, and has been fine with gentle children. She would suit a peaceful, understanding home where her sensitive nature, steady routine, and need for a relaxed lifestyle can be fully supported.
